Psychedelic Puppet Show (“PPS”) is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act.

This Privacy Policy relies on and incorporates the PPS Terms of Service (“Terms”) by reference.

  4. Blockchain addresses and transaction records related to PPS NFTs from the Ethereum blockchain.

  5. Transaction data from purchases on the Merch Store through our payment processor, Stripe.

  6. Order fulfillment data from our fulfilment provider, Printful.

  3. To deliver orders made on our Merch Store, or to assist Printful or Stripe in providing the Merch Store to you.

  5. To collect Resale Royalties on PPS NFTs.

Note that information stored on the blockchain cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology.   5. Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated or amended by PPS at its sole discretion. In addition, PPS may, but is not obligated to, send an email notification of such changes to individuals who have subscribed to the Email Newsletter. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
